2nd Bowp? when ?

Guys as some of you know I am a jan 2013 applicant and right now my aplication is under review. I don't know how long will it take...according to my gcms the due date on page 2 is jan 4,2014 and in some other places feb 22,2014. I got my bowp this year which is valid till may 2014. My question is if I do not get a final decision till february,2014 , can I apply for another bowp..what are my chances..have anyone applied for s second BOWP?

BOWP for a second time is taken on a case by case basis so you'd need to explain it all in your cover letter

As long as there is no decision yet on your PR application then you will likely get the 2nd BOWP.
The reason for the BOWP is to ensure you hvae a status and you will continue to work while CIC is processing your application.
