I am from India. I have successfully completed my 5 year integrated "Masters in Software Engineering" course this year. Got admit into uWaterloo's CS MMath Coursework program. I was rejected the first time because I did not submit my latest diploma completion certificate, markskeets, toefl scores, 10/12th marks. I know this was a blunder on my part. This was the reason stated by CIC for my rejection:
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

I will be applying at VFS Delhi on July 5th, this time, attaching all educational and financial docs. My doubt is that I have not applied for GIC, but I am showing more that sufficient funds from 2 sponsors. My primary sponsor being my sister in Ottawa, Canada and the other sponsor being my paternal uncle. Will not having GIC be a problem?

I also have a doubt if the visa officials do not for it reasonable for me to study in Canada for a "Masters" degree, since I have already studied undergone a 5 year integrated "Masters" program. Could this be a problem?

Any help is much appreciated.
