I requested Caips, but I got a similar note but not caips. On top the page there is SAP number (SAP#, 00 91*******). Do you no by chance what it is?

1 September 2006 the Canadian government introduced the Simplified Application Process (SAP)

As far as my understanding these are pre Feb 2008 applicants

hai, i applied for PR on 15th november 2010 in Sydney Novascotia , and i have recieved the universal client ID on 23rd feb 2011.They send the file to London visa office, its been almost 4 months i never recieved any updates from the visa office, Is there anyone can help me about this matter,How long its gonna take for the further processing

check application processing time for you VO at CIC website first, belive me we've been waiting for more than 11 months so far, hope u'll get your Med.Req. even faster then us

I have no idea what PPS could mean, sorry. Does anybody know that, pls help with reading Caips notes... I don't think it's passport. Were you contacted before that date by any chance by yr VO? It looks like they forwarded yr file for that date earlier... Can you remind me when did you have yr 2nd AOR?

No Chami I have not been contacted by my VO, and my second AOR was in August 18, 2010.
