2nd AOR received from vo, no request for additional documents HeLp

I received the 2nd aor from new delhi visa office but it doesnt state anything about sending in additional documents. I have 2 questions

1. At what point they ask for additional documents?

2. Can i send additional documents without them asking?

Please advice
