Have you applied for WES ? what stage you are in buddy with your application ?
Yes I have. Positive assessment since last year sep. but the points are not enough for pnp as well! Disheartening, if I had a 7 in writing I would have been at 452 and could have been there already!!

IMO, if you can improve your CRS , then give it a try, why hold it back,

I applied on 20/07 got it on 2/07 may be there wasn’t any change so they replied early, hope you get a positive response!
I have heard that they generally reply after 21 days , but in your case it was pretty quick. It's a mystery what happens at the BackEnd.

Yes it’s all gimmick, they know how eager you are by the number of times you apply for IELTS, that’s what I personally believe

I do not think that is the case. It depends on a number of factors. Firstly, did you give CDT IELTS or PBT IELTS? Secondly, how many modules did you request to get remarked? Computer based IELTS results are fairly quickly reviewed and therefore, decisions are taken quicker when compared with paper based.
Their standard EOR time is anywhere between 2 days to 21 days, regardless of the format of the exam (CDT or PBT). Keep trying, you will definitely succeed.

Okay. Well I have also attempted thrice, and am going in on the 9th of this month for th 4th time. I believe, we need to find out the mistakes that we are unintentionally making while doing the writing exam. If you deviate from the topic, no matter how good you write, you won't be awarded a 7 or above. In my previous 3 attempts, I did not fulfill the needs of the essay which lead me to score 6.5, 6, 6.5 in writing. I later came to know that I had issues with my 1. Structure of body paragraphs, and 2. Response to the question asked.
Work on these key areas and see where else you may be lacking. Get some IELTS correction service, that helps too. Check (https://www.ieltsanswers.com/contact-tutor.html) for correction service (the instructor's name is Mike). Get at least 4 of your task 2 evaluated by him.
