6.1. National Occupation Classification (NOC)

The National Occupation Classification is the official governmental system of classifying
occupations in the Canadian economy. It describes duties, skills, aptitudes, and work
settings for occupations in the Canadian labour market. Occupations that meet the
minimum requirements for workers with Canadian experience are those at Skill Type 0 or
at Skill Level A or B of the NOC.

Note: For the purpose of Canadian Experience Class applications, the "Employment
Requirements” listed in the description of each NOC occupation are not applicable

It clearly states that Employment Requirements listed in the description of each NOC occupation are not applicable.

I think this should be the officer number. What can I do with this?
Try to get a good sleep like a baby; wakeup in the morning and make yourself run to lawyer and employer. Do not worry we all are praying for you.

Sorry to hear this. At some point, did you apply for an LMO extend your work permit?
If you did, that means that HR Canada approved your position, so you can use that to try to apply again.

I don't think the immigration office refused based on education. Your job role is a supervisor and it needs several years of experiences to reach into that position. After graduating from a college you started that job within 3 months. That is why VO was unsure.

One thing I like to mention here. its an ugly truth. 80-90% cases, just to become eligible in CEC lots of Asian people start working in a restaurant. Most of the times those restaurant owner is an Asian too. we all know whats going on there. They create position to make you eligible. I know several people here, receive paycheck as a salary 50K per year. after every paycheck they just give the money back to the owner. Owner of the restaurant take all of these problems because either you are a family or friend , or you are paying him money or he is paying you less than minimum wage. Thats happened a lot in last 5-6 years, So VO become aware of those.

You will not hear that many cases that, you got rejected and you are a supervisor of KFC, red lobster etc.

I am not sure where Hermandeep works.
So true.. but VO must not assume so easily even if 80-90% cases are fake.. Some people apply within those 10%.

My case was in those 10%.
I am sending a letter for reconsideration with supportive documents as proof of my job as supervisor.
What you guys think? VO will reconsider my case or not?
Any suggestions?
