No. The 11/1/2016 deadline is for you to *submit* your application, not for CIC to process it. the Christmas break doesn't change that. Applications can & will still be received.
 
I have score of 480 and was thinking about applying for nomination, but seeing your replies, I guess it's better to wait.

See, $ 1500 is undoubtedly a lot of money if I had to by a pair of shoes but, I am fine with spending it on my future! But again, I have already prepared the documents and the DD of $1500 for Ontario, but like I said, I will wait for 1 more draw coz FSW gives a lot of flexibility as compared to a state nomination. Vancouver calling it seems... LOL!!

Lol, my speculation is correct ! 461. I think they are going to break the 450 barrier in the next 2 draws.
