Dear All,

I worked for 4 companies, out of which my previous 3 companies provided the job descriptions on the company letter head.
Combining all the 3 previous companies I had less than 4 years of experience and my points are less than 67.

Considering this, I am forced to include my current company experience of 3+ years. However, my current organization insisted
in providing me the job descriptions on the letter head. So, I've provided an affidavit notarized letter duly signed and included
the reason for not able to provide the current company job description.

In support of my current experience, I've included the below list of documents for reference.

1. Offer letter.
2. Recent hike letter
3. Latest pay slips

My question here is:

a. Does my application passes throught the initial check-list process/
b. What are the chances of getting my application rejected for including the affidavit for job description?

Please someone seniors,well-wishers solve my query.

Thanks,
Gunta

Hi buddy

If your total points are not 67 and it all depends on your current employer - then you need to try and make your case as solid as possible because your application now rests on VO's decision of considering your current employment towards your NOC or not.

In lieu of this - try and get a supervisor's or at least a colleague's approval on an A4 letter with your job duties along with the person's business card attached.

If the above is not possible as well - send an email to your HR stating your requirement and let them come back with a reason as to why they cannot provide you with the reference letter. Then use this email in your application package along with a letter highlighting your duties.

And then - cross your fingers :)

Hi,

For my case, I've included a certificate that the company cannot provide detailed job description to third party since this is a company rules with the photocopy of the ID of the HR head.

I've included an affidavit of job description and notarized of course.

As long as you can prove that you worked with them and if a background check has been done you should passed that.

Thanks All for your reply.

In my notarized affidavit, along with my job descriptions. I've highlighted the below matter.
Since I've not included the covering letter for not able to submit the job description for the current company. Is this matter suffice?

I am unable to obtain a letter with the job description from my employer because ‘As per the company policy, the HR department cannot provide the job description’s on the letter head, if the employee is currently working in the organization’. So, until I resign from the organization, I cannot get the Job Description from my employer.

For your validation/Reference I am including the following letter from my current employer.

 Job offer letter
 Recent Merit & Increment Letter
 Latest 6 months pay slips.

Note: Apart for this company, the remaining 3 previous companies I had worked, the HR team issued the Job Descriptions on their respective company letter heads.
