2132 - Cap?

My application reached Nova Scotia on May 26th. My NOC is 2132/Mechanical Engineering; will I be able to meet the cap?

mr. Hope how can you be so sure that we can reach the CAP? does the CIO count the cap limit once they receive the application?

my instance says 2132 may be available till November, so its up to you if you want to accept it or not.
CIO, normally takes in the package then they would open to give it, application completion and 67 point reach. and accordingly CIO updates the cap count.

Im as a mechanical engineer going for NOC 2132,Can u please share the experience certificate format u have submitted earlier.
