They just told 12 months is waiting time. You still have 4 more months to go. But I told them my citizenship is approvef and file is ceremony ready, not like I am stuck in BG other LPP.

Talked to MP. She said the same thing. When I showed her screenshot of Montrreal people sho applied 2 months after me done with Oath, she said dont compare. You should be happy your LPP is done in 5 months. Even if wait for another 7 months for oath slot, it is still acceptable under processing tome of 12 months.

My only point to ask her was to chdck if my file fell through Vancouver Montreal handshake or something. Said same in email.

Nope. My LPP was delayed because of my interview, and it was only completed in late feb. I guess the oath invite will come when it comes.

Its not just LPP, its application date and total tome that matters.

It showed up on the tracker. I haven't got an email yet

Have exact app date, LPP completed Jan 17, loc Montreal, processing office Vancouver and still no oath invite. I thought I am the only one

Its likely going to be ib May hopefully not June. Its a joke. People who applied in September and October with LPP in February and March are getting oath invites.
I know people who applied 10 days before me from Montreal but their file was processed in Montreal were done with oath in February mid.

My Language, Physical Presence and Citizenship Test show Complete
But my Background Check and Prohibition are still in Progress
Last update was on 5 Feb when my citizenship showed complete, since then no update
Is there anything im missing? Any steps you suggest?

I got this email on April 10:

To be scheduled for an upcoming citizenship ceremony, we would like to confirm whether you are currently physically present in Canada.

Almost same time line. Language, Physical Presence and Citizenship Test show Completed. File is with CSIS for security screening. Last update was December,15, 2025. After that nothing. There is no way but wait, wait and wait.
