July applicant stuck with BG and test complete. LPP in progress since 8 December. Can I book flight tickets with my current passport and update it with airline if oath is scheduled before I fly? Do airlines permit it?
Totally, if your passport and PR card are still valid, since it is still your main travel document.
And maybe it depends on your airline, but I don't usually include passport details in my bookings. Plus, you would need to consider when the oath would be scheduled, how close it would be to your departure, and any time you could squeeze in to receive the certificate and rush your passport application.
I got the golden email today! Scheduled for an in-person ceremony in Halifax, NS on Feb 26.
Tracker still shows as "Not Started" for the ceremony however, considering the email is the official invitation, I'm not too worried

You should remove your application number. I had the same status. Luckily mine had some movement relatively fast. Still waiting for LP though. Others are still waiting.
Hey everyone. I called IRCC yesterday to know if there is any update on the application. They mentioned that I will be having an in-person interview. I asked them when will it be, but they said there isn't any date on the file. I checked the website and my email for any invite to an interview but didn't received anything yet. Did someone experienced something like this? If so, when should I get a notice? For reference, I haven't asked for a GCMS note.

Really depends on your city. I have seen some ON people getting it within a week from LPP being completed. But recently its slowed down I think. For me after LPP it was a month. I am from Winnipeg. Another way isbyo reach for ceremonies happening in your city and close by. There is a government website which I had posted in a previous comment showing all ceremonies scheduled. That might give you an idea how frequently and when they happen.
Many congrats. Could be anything. The email will clarify. I got the email only 2 days after the update on portal so hopefully you get it soon too. A trick to get an idea is to seach ceremonies happening in your city and around you. There is a government website with all scheduled ones listed. For myself I saw ceremonies only happened in winnipeg on Tuesday and Wednesday and when I got the invite for 25th which is a Wednesday I knew it was in person. So check for yourself if you can see a trend like that or if there is already a 7th ceremony posted then most likely its on person I would say.
