I didn’t receive any email notification when the test status changed to Completed this morning. I took the test on the 12th, it appeared on the tracker today and shows the 17th as the date.

Gave my test this morning. Passed with 18/20 score.

Just got ghost update. Date changed but no other status change for steps. Only test says completed. Everything else in progress and ceremony not started yet.

I also got a ghost update today with nothing changed. At least it means they're actively accessing our applications. Congrats to everyone receiving their oaths!

Ceremony updated to 'In Progress' on 18 Dec - Ceremony is scheduled on 29 Jan 2026.

No email yet, so I don't know if it's an in person or virtual ceremony. We'd prefer an in person one. Anybody any experience with changing a virtual one into an in person one? How much extra time gets added? I read 1 to 4 months on average, but does anybody have any recent experience with this? We'd be in Ottawa. Thanks.

It depends.. sometimes in 1-2 weeks or may be months. You can email them that you want to change it to in-person. This is written in the oath invite email

Are we getting oath ceremony invite then soon? What does ghost update mean after test complete? Can anyone tell please?
