Wait you didn't know you had a work permit for almost 3 years?? Did you have a job right before CBSA removed you? What was the hardship back home?

I did know that i was on work permit but only recieve that removal order when i applied extension,So i came here when i was 17 so my most of life and work experience,life was here,i didn’t had any qualifications to start a life back there

But if you gained credentials in Canada, wouldn't those credentials also be usable in your home country? Sorry about all the questions, I'm a H&C applicant too and I'm trying to learn the dynamics behind how all this works.

I have applied for H&C within Quebec in September 2022 and till now didn’t get any updates and passed 41 months and still stage 1 in process. Do you think this is normal?

If you have received AOR yes completely normal. Even most H&C applicants outside QC have not received more than AOR from that application date.

Last gcms notes says info sharing is completed and criminality is in progress but eligibility hasn’t started yet

Very normal and processing timeline is comparable to other applicants. Processing times are incredibly long given the volume of applicants and the small Quota for H&C applicants. The whole program is likely to be reformed once bill c-12 passes because it is no longer functional.
