When you called IRCC automated phone service does the system read this line “ we don’t need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes “ or completely disappeared?

What kind of difference does this make, and have you received any updates?

Update like what. No update just same this movement without any email or update

maybe another ghost update, maybe like receving final decision or p1 email

in GCKEY account there are many different version of processing applications when one of the stages changed from not applicable to in process or vice versa of course it make sense to know what is meaning of or interpretation behind of this event, and no i have not received any update yet!

Same here i just got update that my background check in progress again as it was showing not applicable last week. That’s means they also doing security check for me

is your biometrics turned to not applicable ?

In order to continue processing your application, further information is required. You must complete/submit the following to this office:



RPD decision: The decision and reasons of the Refugee Protection Division. In


order to continue processing your application, you must provide proof of your protected person status. Please submit a copy of the Notice of Decision issued by the Refugee Protection Division (RPD)/Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) or the Positive Pre-Removal Risk Assessment Notice issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Also provide a copy of the Basis of Claim and Transcript of Reasons for Decision of the RPD/RAD with no missing pages.


Notice of decision alone is not sufficient for us to make a decision on this application. Please submit a copy of the entire RPD decision document, with no missing pages.
