any ghost update in gckey before final decision?

I have a paid rep on my file, I don’t have access to GC key login.
I was just calling IRCC as usual and instead of playing my file status it went blank and tried to connect me to an agent right away. Apparently that’s a common bug where you can’t use automated system for status once FD has been made.

Yes final decision on GC key is July 17. ECAS tracker was updated from in process to Decision made yesterday. Application was submitted on July 6,2023
