I’ve got from Australia too. It was very quick. They sent digital one in 24 hours and I sent it to the ircc. I received the physical one later just in case to keep it.

Did you get your p1 if yes when?? I remember they asked you on 28 May for military service correct??

I already received my final decision for my application inside Canada. I have dependant outside Canada.

How to calculate the processing time for our dependant outside Canada. Is it day we filed our application and submitted to IRCC inside Canada or the day we passed eligibility and our dependants file was transferred to VO outside Canada ?

I filled my application on November 2023 with my dependant outside Canada, I received my final decision this week. On February 2025 the CPC-Mississauga transferred my dependant’s file to VO outside Canada. When is the processing starts ? The time we filed our application or the day it was transferred to VO ?

We have no news from February 2025 (other than requested updated forms) no medical no pre-arrival yet for my dependant.

in 27may 2026 thy ask for military record and i never been in military in next day thy ask a piomatric and medical for my dependant out side canada
my loyal as representative he apply my military record via wep form and get next day response from IRCC thy reseve the form but this is slow way ( it will take time ) and still in gckey its mention we need document from you
i call IRCC and thy say we reseve you document but it will take time to update the system
i dont know how long it take this step
today my file complate 38 months its too much

any one who apply the meilitary record .. how long its take ?

For my Dependent outside canada they asked few forms along with checklist in mar2025 and then they asked for Schedule A form and family communication history and pics on April 26.by the way I still not rcv my PR am Dec23 applicant

I submitted the requested documents via the web form (40 days ago) and still received a message indicating I needed to upload them to GCKEY. I uploaded them directly to the portal last week, and it now shows that they’ve received the documents and are working on the background check. Try uploading the form directly to your portal.

This is somewhat true, makes it harder to legally chase them to come to a conclusion..as they keep requesting non sense documents...like if cbsa has the biometrics and can check the background of that person in Australia why on earth would you need the applicant to provide you with a separate certificate that is only runs by the name of the applicant...their system is soooo broken on many levels...why cant they run security in parallel???? Why background check is complete but now only your asking for another certificate....what a
