My decision was april 7 and i got the email on 9th. I knew it because the email. I think the email arrives with some delay. You ate very close!!!

Hello - I just received a request to provide Police Certificate from the US - has anyone done that process before, how is it done?, where do we go for the fingerprints ?This is the first request I have received since Eligibility in September 2024. How long after providing the clearance do you receive FD?, does this mean security has started?

I want to apply for my work permit expiring in September. Whenever I upload my file IMM5710, it keeps showing

I don't understand why there is no option to write an expiry date for the protected person. So what is the problem that I am facing? Can someone please tell me?

Send the document through Webform as this another method how IRCC instructed you to use the webform,

You will need:
After you successfully upload the documents, you should receive an automatic confirmation email immediately. Then, once IRCC has reviewed and attached the documents to your file, you will usually receive another email a few days later confirming that the documents were received and added to your application.

- UCI number
- Full name and DOB
- Email address
- Explanation of what you are submitting. (slot for the explanation)
- Attached the letter of request that came from IRCC and the requested document or whatever document or application form you were told to redo and upload it.

I applied for PR protected person March 2025 and just today l received a document request letter, mainly to do with updating my address and employment there is also a request for police clearance, but l already submitted them when l applied for refugee.
