I’m sure the claims about final decisions being issued for early 2024 applications are 100% false. Some people just post fake updates in these groups to get attention. Please ignore that noise. My point is about early 2023 applications. It has now been around 33–34 months, while the expected processing time was up to 29 months. We’re well past that, and there haven’t been any new final decisions.
In my opinion, we should use every legitimate channel available — including submitting a large number of webform inquiries — to draw IRCC’s attention and push them to start moving these applications. Otherwise, they can keep delaying indefinitely.

I applied in April 2023 . On Feb 3, I applied for GCMS note and received note on Feb 13 . There was no change : Security not started Criminality in process info sharing completed . This is the same as the GCMS note I received in 2024 , Let's see what happens in the next two months , as shown in system .

Not fake its true, im from Aug 2024 applicant got FD and Portal 1, both in this week
