2023 PR Applications Timeline (Protected Persons & Refugees)

My family overseas have not received any correspondence or request. Nothing at all. Principal applicant has already received Ecopr and applied for PR card. We are very confused. Maybe IRCC does not want to process for overseas dependants again?
Maybe you want to reach out to IRCC. My friend's dependants overseas recently received biometrics correspondence. My friend is August 2023 applicant, so I suppose they still process overseas dependants.
April 26 applicant, still waiting final decision. It looks like background check is not started or it is not reflected in my IRCC account.
IRCC portal is always delayed. Not show on real time status.

On December 4, 2019, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada started a pilot project to test a new
way to process applications more quickly for accompanying family members.
Through this pilot project, called the Centralized Concurrent Processing Pilot, permanent resident
applications for Protected Persons in Canada, their accompanying family members in Canada and their
dependent family members outside of Canada, in specific participating regions, will be processed through
our Case Processing Centre in Mississauga.
Because your dependent family members are living in one of the selected regions, you may be eligible for
this pilot. In order to be considered for inclusion to this pilot you must submit the permanent residence
application(s) for your dependent family members at this time.
You will receive a checklist shortly for your accompanying dependent family members. The forms and
documents outlined in the checklist must be submitted within 45 days from the date of this letter in order
to be included in the Pilot.
Please only submit the requested information and documents via one of the following method:

If you applied via the IRCC Portal, you cannot use this option.

1) I have received the letter to say I am eligible pilot project, but I already submitted my application via PR Portal: https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login.
The link they gave, I cannot seem to link my existing application for which I have the G number to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html
2) Do I have fill all the forms again and submit them? Or just download my application pack from PR Portal and submit them to web form? I am so confused how to proceed.

Waiting for FD.
