Hello, please I want to know if protected person can invite spouse on a visitor visa to come to Canada

I'm a protected person, and my mother and sister applied for a visitor visa and were granted. So I guess the answer is Yes.

when ? becouse i ask many loyer and all of them thy say no way but when i call the IRCC thy told me last time ther is no restrection about this
i have my wife and kids overseas and i applyed for them with me for in the PR application
