Security if started takes 6 to 9 months to complete its very strange may your application process according to new time

I have seen some people whose security was completed in one day.
Then why are you getting worried.right now they are working on march applicants after that next will be your turn
I applied for permanent residence in November 2022 in the province of Quebec. I recently moved to Ontario and updated my address through a webform. My application has been transferred from Quebec to Ontario, and I have received both Eligibility and Pre-arrival.

I want to ask the security process starts only after the info sharing is completed what exactly is the info sharing about?

what is that mean? why these different status?

- Medical results have been received.

what is that mean? why these different status?
