i am march 2024 applicant quebec, i know this is for 2023, but i have 2 questions can we travel and come back before getting pr with rtd,
and what are the steps where you hear something from ircc like updates emails, and around when, i only got aor and biometrics and that was it, nothing after, even asked for gc notes in june this year but never got it.

As a matter of fact, you are not permitted to travel to or enter your country of origin. However, you may apply for a Refugee Travel Document (RTD) and use it to apply for visas to visit other countries, excluding your country of origin.
