you mis understand. I already got my ecopr . photo and address review last step and needed for pr card printing and approval process not for a ecopr. for ecopr just needed inside Canada declaration. https://ibb.co/Q35KwY3z

These all will show in portal?GU1 reflects the internal approval of the PR card file (photo and address validation complete on PR portal page).
GU2 reflects card production and dispatch.
They’re ghost because only the update date changes, nothing else.
GU1 = approval
GU2 = mailed
We haven't received any good news for a few days.
They literally stopped. Don’t know when they will start. September is nothing almost ending. March dint even started properly.
PR portal and GCKEY account. you can link pr card application after ecopr. yes you need to check both for any update.

I have representative so I don’t even know when the FD date was.
Looks like they are still working on them, don’t lose hope.
