So u saying it will take 44 months in future for outside Quebec or in Quebec?

Weirdly it doesn’t break down the difference like they do for other categories. Quebec plans to land 4.1-4.4K asylum seekers per year so would only partially skew the data if included. Anecdotally we have already seen processing closer to 3 years outside Quebec. There is also the pilot program that skews the data because a small percentage of applicants have faster processing (closer to 1.5-2yrs these days). The table basically explains why processing will continue getting longer over time.

The processing time Jan to April was only 28 months , and this table says 44 so they are either fake data or for Quebec.
Yes that’s y I asked is it for Quebec, basically that’s not official data. Usually taking 31 months around outside Quebec.

Why is it not official data (also comes directly from the government through freedom of information)? Many are still under the impression that processing is 24 months while it is likely getting closer to 3 years. Quebec represents around 1/5 of the quota so they will skew processing times but think this is more confirmation that processing times are getting longer and will continue to increase if you consider the backlogs. If you applied for PR in 2022 your processing times will look very different than 2023, 2023 will be different than 2024, etc. No different than many other programs like asylum, various H&C programs, etc.

Hello, has anyone applied for an ATIP note recently? It has been almost three months and I still haven’t received mine. Is anyone else who applied recently experiencing the same situation?

I need to add docs through webform to my PR application. I do not see refugee option but Humantarian and Compassionate that is the last group. No group as refugee claimant,

Is this correct group

Thanks
