Did you pass security? If I were you, I would wait until they process April before submitting, because they might reject it since it’s within the accepted delay. By the way, how much will the lawyer charge to file a mandamus.

Yes if yours has passed the processing time significantly. I heard it might take 3-6 months before the judge order IRCC to make their decision. Hopefully we don’t need it
What date you applied in February . I applied in 26 of Feb 2023 and till now No P1 even No P2...
I passed all assessment 6 months ago according to Gcms notes
I called IRCC this morning. I was told that all assessments are passed but the officer is waiting for another agency to respond! I am very confused. I just want to know why there is no decision on my application yet. I applied March 2nd, 2023.

Sometime ircc doesn’t have updated info on phone it means ur file is in or
Made final decision u will get p1 that is what another agency.
They doing this things really slow if u compare to Jan and Feb people.
