Ignore the eligibility letter date. Count 29 months from the date you submitted your application. However, the 29-month timeline may vary by ±3 months.

I haven’t seen many updates from February applicants lately. Did IRCC stop processing February files, or are there just very few February applicants here?
So far, I’ve only noticed two February applicants who received their final decisions.

I applied on Feb 26, 2023. Received Pre-arrival and eligibility late as compared to other applicants on June 19 & 20, 2025.

Heard anything after getting the refund?

Hi, No I haven’t heard anything after the refund letter but I received the cheque within 10 days. Although, I called IRCC and they said my file seems alright and I have to wait for the next update. But I requested the representative that I have already finished the processing time and if there is anything she could do. She mentioned to leave a note on my file for application centre. I dont think she left any note. I opened this Forum after few weeks today and I see applicants receiving P1 who submitted in last week of February. Im February 26, 2023 applicant. My next step is to receive final decision. Hopefully will receive it within a month.
