WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A PR IS THERE NO HOUSING OR JOBS ALSO FEEL SO ISOLATED HERE CAN I ASK CANADA TO SEND MY REFUGEE CASE TO ANOTHER COUNTRY THINGS ARE HARD HERE

Just wanted to give update on my application.
Im February 26, 2023 applicant (Etobicoke/ Mississauga). I received my Eligibility and pre-arrival on June 19, 20, 2025 respectively. I know im behind the process because eligibility and pre-arrival are received within a year or so after applying.
I also got a refund for my biometric fees which means my biometrics are also updated, (i paid the fees just in case I had to do it again along with PR application fees), my medical is passed (expired).
Everyone has a different processing timeline but my reason to post this message is because the end of February applicants has started to receive updates on their files. Probably P1 and P2 since im behind the process I’m glad that I received something and they opened my file.
Please note that none of this information is updated on my GC key but they sent a message with attachment under my GC key PR application. I received Eligibility via email/GC key message and pre-arrival on GC key message.
I tried contacting IRCC for more than a year via web forum/phone calls, but each time i was told im still under processing time frame. I was concerned about not receiving eligibility earlier. I guess it doesn’t really matter and its only a formality. You will receive the update when officer open your file sooner or later.

Thank you for this! I applied oct 2023 and still havent received eligibility or pre arrival. Your situation gives me hope. Please keep us updated on your P1/P2.
