Hi guys I came to turkey to reunite with my dependent unfortunately because of war in iran my dependent could not back to home country, and I had to stay with them in turkey, im march 2023 applicant still didn't receive decision, I don't know what should I do how long i can stay here . Any suggestions help or ideas in my hard situation would be appreciated
Reach Canadian embassy and I don’t think it cause any issue cuz u r in different country.

I don't know that's why I want your help im in hard situations and I will be lose my job as well in canada when I came back , also iranian people dosent even have credit card to take car of them self

Where did u applied? If u not then ur primary applicant address, it should be according to that only
If you are living in other province and you notify immigration, your application is considered outside of Quebec. About the office location, it doesnt matter, it is just the building. They process application from different provinces.
They are taking too much time for everything from p1 to ecopr it takes two months to 2.5 momths
