I think if your dependents in Canada they will get their pr at the same time like you. But if they are outside of Canada I don’t think they will get approval same like you.

They can at the same time once they in the pilot program I don't get my pr and my son get medical request

This is different case. I have no idea. But normally they don’t. Check processing times for refugee dependents outside of Canada.

Yes they do check it's was 48 months

Also, did anyone experience issues uploading the picture ? It kept showing me an error “Brightness : too dark or too light” I tried uploading it several times with different brightness levels however that error didn’t go away so I ended up uploading it anyways
