Did you apply in which province? Right now wait time for applicants from QC is 45 months whereas the rest of Canada is 30 months

I applied in QC and so far it has been almost 25 months (applied April 2023).

"I called IRCC and they said my eligibility has passed, but I haven’t received any official letter. Everyone else seems to get an eligibility letter, but I only received a Pre-Arrival letter. Has anyone received a final decision without getting the eligibility letter?

Same here. Found that my eligibility passed on the ATIP notes. No letter issued to me.

I feel stressed when I talk to people who say they’ve received both letters.

I'm afraid our application has been forgotten and will not be processed.

Don’t worry about not receiving the eligibility letter. Many of us did not receive the letter.
