Hi
I submitted in July 2023 but I still haven't received the OAR letter. What do you think could be the problem? Is it possible that the process has started without sending a OAR letter?

This means you meet the PR eligibility for the program you applied for.

What is your Eligibility check status in your GCKEY account?

Hi
I submitted in July 2023 , they sent me a letter in December and asked me to send them the representative form, and I did
but I still haven't received the OAR letter.

Try to link your application to the GCKEY. If you can then they started processing your application.

It´s amazing, very fast. Which province are you?
I sent on August 2023 but still no prearrival or anything. Supposed on security screening.
It´s supposed they dont need more documents but as I have representative, I cant link my file and my lawyer never has news for me. Maybe is not good to have a representative anymore once you sent the application.

Congratulations! It seems pretty fast!
Does your GcKey show Final Decision and Date info? Did the background check say "completed'? And what does it say for eligibility?
Did you give your biometrics and medical passed when you received your AOR?

I'm Feb 2023 applicant and in the same status as you are. It is crazy how IRCC works, it was never first come first served. I know people got their PR approved in 6 months, from submitting to getting approval. And yet we are waiting for next steps after a year.

i didn’t get any notice for biometrics. when i check my application status, it say medical records received. that’s mean i passed medical records ?
and also when i enter to my gckey, i can’t see any update there

I think it depends on the luck. Because if your agent is lazy, it Will take longer time to process. Your agent is good, the file moves fast. Unfair But true.
