Is your application set as urgent? This seems faster than regular applications.

yes I tried many times but because I have representative on my file I faced this problem so when I see other status in this forum I guess what next

Yes I did get the letter of Acknowledgement on Dec 06,2023 that they received my application on August 31st. But they said it was only temporary the XG letter. The next thing I’m seeing is this request of biometrics, saying I should submit before Feb 07,2024.
so does this means they started Processing my file?

Yes that mean they working on your file, you should be able to link ur application to see the progress too just remove the x when you do. I applied September 28th still waiting for AOR. I hope it arrive soon
