I am also June 2023 applicant and haven't received FD yet. They asked to submit PCC which I did on July 06, 2026. After that no communication from them.

Congrats, i got my ecopr july 30th and my photo still shows in review , its so annoying when you get a lazy officer who all he has to do is click accept but no lets wait again ughh

Im September 23 they requested
Military service exemption on 17 june, I submitted same day , nothing till today

I guess for some, the photo status does not change till you receive your card.

Try linking your application to your gckey. It might have been approved already and probably sent out.
