IRCC doesn't provide tracking for PR cards because they're shipped via regular canada post mail, Once you add your PR card application to your GC-Key , the only way to know is by downloading the canada post app, sign up for my mail , then you can see what's coming your way, usually its tagged as canadian bank note , the company that prints the cards passports bank bills etc ...

I think I am the only one left who doesn't receive P1. My FD is July 14 and no P1 yet, it is almost a month now. Very Frustrating.

open the link in the email, use forgot password and use the email you used to receive P2. you would be able to open the portal.
