I expect the finishing line is still months in the future, IRCC has done nothing to progress the file since the dumb incident, so prohibition, physical presence and language are still not done.

I think contacting MP at this point can be that magical push

MPs requests aren’t doing much, but in my case after MP inquired about my case a year ago, language and physical presence got completed the next day

Around 1pm EST. No updates on portal though - BG and Prohibitions both still in progress, and no changes to last updated date on portal either.

Noticed on portal that the day I gave my fingerprints, BG was added as completed to portal activity and then reverted back to in progress pretty much immediately after. So its still in progress, but something happened. This is probably the "ghost update".
