2022 PR application timeline

Hello guys,
I'm a February 2024 Applicant. Received pre-arrival and eligibility. Since then no update at all.
Recently, got married outside of Canada. I updated accordingly, sent required forms as per request of the agent. She is no-accompanying in the application. Still do you think that will delay my application? I'm literally tired of it, it's over 29 months!
Did anyone go through similar situation? Was it delayed?

I applied for PR in October 2022, and in 2024 I added my wife to my application. My latest notes still show that the background check has not started, and I also found a note saying that my application was transferred to CPC for review.
Honestly, I’m getting really frustrated. It’s been almost 4 years and I still haven’t received my PR.
Has anyone been in a similar situation or had their application transferred to CPC for review? Any idea what this could mean or how long it might take?

The important part is what the IRCC agent told you: your medical was already passed and your current application is covered by a medical exemption. IRCC currently has a public policy that exempts certain people already living in Canada from completing another immigration medical exam, including people whose previous IME was completed within the required period and showed low/no risk. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...pplication/medical-police/medical-exams.html?
The tracker is essentially a status display, not a complete copy of IRCC's internal file.
Security no started. Info sharing in progress. Got eligibility and pre arrival last year
That's it.
I applied on Oct, 2022. Just info sharing is completed, background check not started yet. And also during 2024 I added my wife to the application, but I've not heard anything from them yet.
