Has anyone got an AOR so far who had not submitted Biometrics fees, just because they were already done during the work permit application?

Has anyone got an AOR so far who had not submitted Biometrics fees.
The reason for not submitting biometrics fees is that biometrics were already given during the work permit application.

I applied IG stream on May 6th, and I got submission confirmation at 12:27 pm - I think its a bit early on that day but I still dont receive any response - no AOR, nothing so far about my application. Im so worry about my application when I heard many people got AOR or CoPR even they applied after me.

Thats really unfair!!!!! When I tried my best to submit asap, till now I have nothing. I called 1000 times to IRCC, but I cannot reach anyone.
I know this is really unfair. I know many cases who applied next day and they got their PR ALREADY.They said that they will process in the order they recieve but they are doing unfair now.

- AOR: - July 12, (Could link 2 days before AOR)
- Eligibility: Done
- Background Check: Done
- Portal Email: Aug 18th, 2021 Calgary
- Portal Credential Email: Aug 26th, Did not receive (I already had this portal but I did not know I have to check that so I did this with delay)
- eCOPR: Aug 27th

- ADR: PAY STUB 28 JULY
- Portal Email: Aug 27th, 2021 10 AM Calgary
- Portal Credential Email: Aug 27th, 1:00 PM
Its okie i also had paid like 1050 fees with out biometric because i did at thr time of work permit
