If you have BIL you can do it with application number on top of it

BIL that's biometrics instruction letter and you're 4:38 PM you've long way to go before you will be able to link it. I am 4:05 and still no UPDATES YET. and yes you can link it without application number or AOR by using UCI and family name option but it's gonna take time before you can actually link it. In the meantime, keep trying to link once a day.

To link, look for this line on your IRCC account - "Did you apply on paper or don't see your online application in your account? Add (link) your application to your account to access it and check your status online."
