I have not received AOR too. It is not even in my spam. But, I tried linking my application with UCI and family name everyday. I finally linked it Saturday or Friday last week. I sent webform for medical the same day.
Update:
Medical exam passed: June 22 in the morning ( should've passed on May 21 if the doctor didn't forget to upload to IRCC)
Invitation to pre-arrival services: 5 mins ago

I know there are few people like me who applied around 12:38PM EST on May 6th 21, who are reading post silently and curiously waiting for their AOR.... Keep Calm... Have faith.... We are all on same boat....

Seems like they reviewed my app on May 21 and didn't see medical report and ignored it for a month before starting the process again today
