I have the same error in my case. Additional family information form (forgot to write parent’s address)
I think you can correct when receiving AOR. It is not a serious mistake.
Btw, what time did you submitted?

Don't depend on others. If you already submitted yours, then wait for AOR, IRCC may request a new one/or accept yours.
If you don't want to wait then book ahead an appointment for Med Ex.
Hey, thanks for the suggestion, I just wanted to know whether IRCC is accepting medicals more than 2 years old or not.
thanks for the update. mine is 2.5 years old, so I was wondering if there is any chance. now it seems like they may accept but still the final decision is with IRCC.

Thats interesting, you got AoR with 12:40 submission time. Anyone else received AoR around 1 pm (May 6th)?
