I got a IMM 1017 form from IRCC into my account. It showing my details on form and I don't know what to do next. Do I need to upload medicals from clinic or did the clinic submit by themselves.

Ask your physician if they use e-medical as I said and if they do then don't worry they will be able to get the results automatically else you will need to submit that medical sheet you received after receiving AOR

I have a question if somehow they don't see applications online then how they can add documents we send via web form? I think only agents read web forms so there is a disconnection there.

I applied in the Essential Work - Health Care Worker. Only a week ago... but I haven't heard anything yet. I will update when I do hear from them.

A week ago? Stream closed on 16th I think. I had applied on 15th

if your physician uses e-medical then don't worry results will be automatically uploaded to IRCC. They will be able to see it if your physician uploaded that.

but how would they upload it directly through e-medical process if someone hasn't received AOR/File# yet?

IRCC must be taking all possibilities into consideration. Applicants on Nov 5 may make mistakes and IRCC may have to do extra works with multiple corresponding with the applicants.
