I could use a drink after the kind of year i have had so far. xD
I am outside Canada but my phone is on roaming and I tried calling 3 times today. Got connected twice and after few minutes it automatically dropped. Same thing happened a few days ago after 10-12 mins wait. Not sure if it’s the network or do they automatically disconnect it if it’s from other country, my number is Canadian on roaming. Any idea?
hello my timeline is same as yours in January I received call from Mp that eligibility not started so situation is same . Yes. Came back yesterday after 3 weeks . Don’t worry about medical and pcc stuff as long as your are not staying more than 6 months. My lot of friends received or this month applied 1 day ahead si I think we are not far away. As long as this ircc people work I have hope within 3 months we will get. I have my dependents along with me I don’t have anything just patience. Best of luck I will share timelines for my friends who will get any updation
Thank you, I then need to come back. One RCIC was saying that some officers may have been lenient to give time to return, other officers may straightaway reject it. I just came few days ago so don’t want to return so soon but also don’t want to risk it
I think your looking at 2024 based on how long these idiots take to process criminality and security....
but I had a consultation today with a high ranked rcic and he said it would be winded by this year's end.
Hi ! I have same timeline as yours . I got biometrics request in October 17 and got no updates after this. So sick of hearing this timeline since then
Why cant ircc separate the ministry of Immigration so as to create Minister of Refugees (Fraizia) and Minister of Immigration for temporary workers.....also.am.not sure if bringing in refugees slows down express entry???..Lesson Learnt: Never Take FreeBies fro This Govt....

I checked my ircc account and under background check, it's now showing as Not Applicable. As at last week when I checked, it stated " we are reviewing your background check"
What is going on, is this a general thing?

Nov 18, 2022...We are reviewing the additional documents you provided
Agent told me in November that my Eligibility is passed, background check in progress though no changes in my account
I checked my ircc account and under background check, it's now showing as Not Applicable. As at last week when I checked, it stated " we are reviewing your background check"
What is going on, is this a general thing?

I got the same thing actually. Just checked and it says not applicable under background check.
