With the help from an agent, I am able to link my account ( > 1 month after getting AOR). The problem was my spouse's application.
She applied her own PR and got the result in Oct. 2021. And she was also accompanied into my TR to PR application.
The agent told me to correct the number of people in the application from "2" to "1". My spouse is now out of my application, though the status of my application is still "Common-Law".
Just a tip to help you guys in case you are having difficulties linking the account. Bonne chance!

Nothing, the worse office EVER. AOR OCT14, applied IG May 6th 12:45. ADR in review since NOV8 then nothing.
I think Whitehorse officers are jerking off all day. Freaking guys sent me an AOR 27 Oct after that nothing. Cunts.
