2021 POST GRADUATE WORK PERMIT APPLICANT

I just graduated from a college for 2 years PBD program and I was not doing any part time job during my study, my wife's OWP and my daughter's SP will be expired end of July 2021 (same as my SP's expiry date). I would like to apply for my PGWP and visa extension for my wife as well as my daughter.
I have 2 questions as below:
1. Since my wife has to take care of my daughter, she never works even though she has an OWP. Can I extend her OWP? if so, what is the requirement? If not, which visa should I extend for her in order to be a guardian for our daughter?
2. when I fill up the questionnaire, should I answer "worker" for this question: What is your family member`s current immigration status in Canada? (even though she never works before)

Update: my eligibility review started today! No email from IRCC, checked account around 3:00pm.
