1st email 3 Nov. I sent follow up email but still not get credentials.
Last time was in the morning 9 Nov, i sent a follow up email. I received credentials within 30 mins.

That's werid. They didn't work yesterday because of the holiday, but they should be working today. If I were you, I would send the follow up email everyday morning, better before 8am until they send me the credentials. You are better to send them one today and send another one tomorrow morning.
