Normally H&C is put on hold until JR is decided.

I've seen someone that got leave for his JR and also received stage 1 approval for H&C. Nothing was on hold!

Like I keep saying... it might not be a one size fits all with IRCC but a case by case hing

No update on h&c since then but received letter from CBSA for the removal interview.

do you know how long a second application might take?
I will send it online tomorrow but what worries me is the waiting times, my second application is not different from the first, it is a reconsideration because the first officer didn't process my file, he just wrote 2 or 3 stupid arguments to refuse it based on the first paragraph of my submission letter

I dont know exact timelines for 1st or second applications and I dont know why they take a year to just say NO thats very frustrating... how soon did you get response for 1st application?
