Yes. I also fall into this category of people.
I'm an outland applicant.

AOR : Feb 2019
Biometric: Feb 2019
PAL : July 2019

Since then nothing nothing, no medical request. And my progress is now 78%.

I am outland application inside canada they don't have any thought like that
They just have plan that in july they will open vaccine for anybody and everybody after geting their citizen vaccinated.
But be hopeful

My profile is updated again..Was it 3rd GU? yesterday when logged in to GCkey, it saw your profile is updated in status. and later it turned into submitted.
Now today I again logged in. it saw your profile is updated in status when click on check application status.
was it a system glitch or GU?

Anyone experience the same things? please reply

I asked to IRCC through webform on Tuesday (04May 2021) about my application status, and for medical request letter,after that i got GU on 8 May and also on today ( 9 May). Now my status shows submitted. I Don't know about today's GU because some people said it is due to system glitch.
