Yes, I know that but I think you have done upfront medical in last October and that will be expired in after two months and ircc mentioned that PCC, medical and copr should not be expired at the time of landing in Canada.

Either they will extend medical or for outlanders they will ask for medical again.

GCMS not is much advisable because IRCC have ready made reply for everyone.

When outland applicants passed their eligibility then file transferred to their home country visa office and rest work will be done there, like medical, security check and PPR , but recently one of the immigration officer said in the interview that all files become digital and the applicant will get any ADR from Canada offices also.
I am also waiting for medical request.
