For us take a lot of time, we received Eligibility on 26 Aug and after that my husband got his Open Work Permit on Jan 21, 2020.
But IRCC got confused at the first time because they were thinking my husband need a LMIA, maybe that why they took forever.
4 months in total for my husband OWP.
