What is a ghost update? I have been reading about it and is it when some gets an "Application Updated" status? I just did.

Hy,
i submitted my file march 1 2018
I had done my medical after 6 months
On april 1 i got additional document request of study and job proof also medical request, i called my doctor to attached the medical with new EMI no

My background is in process
Additional document has been uploaded
But on application status on home page
It says your (action is required)
I called cic they said we have all documents in file

Is anyone know why i got weird document request and why status not being changed to submitted?

the same. my status says your action is required. i got additional doc requested before and submitted through web form. I think that.is the reason. I did not use my cic account to upload them.

Application Received - 22nd December 2017
File NUmber - 9th February 2018
Pre-medical completed - 8th June 2018
SO on, the notes it says "Requested Review of possible Medical Extention" which was put on 15th April 2019,
I called them they told me that it has been Sent to Ottawa Health Authority to Review further,

My Question is "Does anybody has experienced this situation before, If yes How long do they take extend Medical after it was Requested on 15th April 2019, If Not then How long before I should get Request to do Re-Medical In case if it's required after expiration on June 8, 2019?"

U r lucky that they pick ur file
But others people medical of dec month they already passed but not working on their file
I hve no idea abt this,, i m so stuck too by getting weord request docs nd my doc dint send them by medical results even ,, but hopefully everything will be fine
May be u will be asked fr new medical exam nd tht will be passed in 2-3 buisness days
